itsettled are rewriting the rules of debt collection with their automated, legally compliant, and easy-to-use collections process that’s proven to deliver results. itsettled are so confident in their product that they provide a guarantee for all customers - if their process has been followed and payment has not been made, they guarantee that their sister company Credebt will step in to chase the debt for free.  The number of SMEs in significant distress currently stands at 620,000, and since lockdown began in Quarter 1 (Q1) of 2020, 118,000 more SMEs have been plunged into distress – a 23% increase since Q1 2020. In the last quarter alone, there has been an increase of 14%, or 76,000 businesses in distress. On top of this, £50 billion is overdue at any time, with over 1 million businesses battling late payments.

FreeAgent’s 105,000 customers can now use itsettled’s proven process without having to learn how to use a credit control system first. Everything is automatically generated, leaving business owners with more time and energy to grow their company.

Co-founder Glen Morgan, an industry leader in credit control and accounts receivables, says; “We’re very excited by this partnership. Over the last 12 months we have been a member of the Natwest Accelerator and have learned a great deal about FreeAgent - which is part of the Natwest Group.

Unlike other software providers on the market, we provide a debt collection process that is proven and effective. No other firm has our level of confidence in their process - which is why we provide our guarantee.

Our aim is to eradicate the late payment culture we have in this country, and with it the mental health impact late payments can have on business owners.”

Andy Jackson, Entrepreneur Accelerator Manager at Natwest’s Bristol accelerator said;  “Here at the Natwest Accelerator we’re proud to see itsettled launch the first of many accountancy software integrations with our own FreeAgent platform. We’re looking forward to seeing itsettled continue to grow and help businesses improve their financial literacy and encourage enterprise between businesses.”

FreeAgent clients can either go directly to itsettled, or find itsettled on the integrations page of FreeAgent and follow the link to start chasing their debts in minutes.

itsettled will also be hosting a webinar to celebrate the launch of their first integration, where attendees will be offered a special introductory offer. The webinar will take place on the 7th April 2021 at 11.30am and will focus on integrating itsettled with accountancy software.
