JEJames Cycles

11th February 2015

JEJames Cycles is the UK's largest independent cycle retailer and an established local business, based in Sheffield with stores in Rotherham and Chesterfield.

We have developed BikeWorx, a local cycle to work scheme for businesses and it's been great to see more local businesses take up BikeWorx and take advantage of additional benefits over other schemes, meaning a healthier local economy physically and financially. It is more than likely that a high number of Sheffield Businesses have employees who live within a 7mile radius of the workplace, so it's not as big a leap as you think to encourage them to cycle to work. It would be great to work with a major local business such as yours and discuss any opportunities to team up and offer the JEJames Cycles BikeWorx scheme to your employees. Working specifically with local businesses allows JEJames Cycles to deliver a truly bespoke scheme that not only benefits your employees but also contributes to making the Yorkshire and Derbyshire region some of the leading areas in workplace health. As well as a cycle retailer we are all passionate about cycling and are keen to work with client businesses to extend our passion and enthusiasm to your workforce. To do this we are developing 'Corporate challenge' events such as Sportives and open evenings to compliment the scheme. We are also willing to work with your organisation to help deliver events, linked to your business that are focused on commuting and cycling and it would be good to see if there are any partner opportunities within your organisation to highlight workplace health. There's a huge variety of bikes and accessories available from us in store and online that fall between the £200 - £1000 price bracket of the scheme. JEJames Cycles are on hand to assist your HR / Finance departments on how to administer the scheme. In addition JEJames would provide BikeWorx literature with your company logos to strengthen this partnership and provide our BikeWorx literature with your company logos to strengthen the partnership. This is a great way to make your employees aware of the scheme in your workplace. We are committed to ensure that if you take BikeWorx on board then we will work with you to ensure the scheme works for your company and its employees. The JEJames BikeWorx scheme offers the Employer bottom line savings on Tax and NI contributions and the employee can save up to 42% on the cost of a new bike and accessories. JEJames have reduced prices on bikes across many of the big brands including Specialized, Trek, Giant, Cube, Kona, Focus and as JEJames Cycles directly administers the scheme it means we can offer these great prices with no hidden fees. To find out more about how BikeWorx can work for your company please contact Adam Simmonite, BikeWorx Co-oridinator. 01709 538379 (option 1) email: adam.simmonite@jejamescycles.co.uk
