This is an interactive forum led by Irwin Mitchell and Elevation Recruitment to discuss topical HR issues that you are currently facing with fellow junior HR professionals. The topic for this first session will be best practice, top tips and preventative steps you can adopt to help avoid an Employment Tribunal claim, including issues to be aware of if you do get a claim as well as some case studies to discuss and share ideas The forum will be a great opportunity to voice your own ideas on what works and what doesn't as well as providing a platform to network with other like minded HR personnel.
