Keebles' completes four deals in one day exceeding £50m to kick off 2020

Strengthening its position as one of the largest corporate law firms in South Yorkshire – Keebles LLP had a remarkable start to the new year as it completed four deals in one day at the end of January.

The multi-national transactions saw the corporate department at Keebles bring in deals worth more than £50m including advising the shareholders and management of Sheffield-based engineering company SCX Special Projects on its major investment by Elysian Capital.

Keebles has offices in Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds.

Having already completed several deals in 2020, the award-winning team, headed by Keebles partner Matt Ainsworth, is predicting another strong year.

Matt said: “The success comes on the back of a strong 2019 for our rapidly expanding client base.

“With Brexit now in its transitional period, we are confident that 2020 will be another successful year for our continued growth.”
