We Have Been Filming for Channel 4 — And we Can Finally Talk About It!

After months of keeping, it under wraps, it was confirmed yesterday afternoon while at the Club Doncaster 25/26 Fixtures Launch we can finally share some BIG news… we have secretly being filmed for a Channel 4 documentary and now we are finally allowed to talk about it!

What makes this even more surreal is that while all of this was happening in secret, we were also being interviewed on the radio and filmed for BBC Look North! So, while people saw one story unfolding on the BBC, there was another exciting chapter happening quietly in the background with Channel 4.

Being part of a national Channel 4 production was an incredible experience. It gave us a chance to shine a light on the world of biohazard and trauma cleaning — a line of work that most people don’t see, but one that’s so important to public safety and emotional healing.

Wayne and I have always believed that our work at Clean N Bright is about more than just cleaning. It’s about compassion, discretion, and restoring dignity in the most challenging circumstances — from trauma scenes to biohazard incidents. This wasn’t just about being on TV (even though Wayne Barlow did enjoy it )It was about lifting the curtain on a hidden industry, educating the public, and breaking down the stigma around trauma cleaning, and showing the world what amazing work goes on around Doncaster and South Yorkshire all from our small humble premises in Rossington

We would like to thank the team at Crackit TV and the camera team that we spent the day with and the countless emails and photos being exchanged ( all photos will be coming soon ! keep an eye on Clean N Bright page for updates )Thank you for telling our story with care. To our brilliant staff, thank you for doing what you do every single day with such heart. And to the viewers — thank you for watching and supporting the vital (and often unseen) work we do all in Doncaster!!!

If you catch the programme, we would love to hear your thoughts. And if you’ve ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes in trauma and biohazard cleaning, we are always happy to talk, or you are more then welcome to our office for a coffee
