Loadhog Helps Staff And Local Small Companies To ‘Get Organised’ For NHS

16th June 2020

Loadhog, Sheffield’s returnable packaging manufacturer, has raised more than £1400 for local hospitals by selling discounted containers to its staff and to local small companies.

During the lockdown many homebound Loadhog staff took the opportunity to tidy and organise garages, sheds or even toy rooms at home. Smaller local organisations and non-profit businesses have been sorting their storerooms using the Loadhog containers.

Many staff from Loadhog’s sister company, Gripple took up the offer to ‘get organised’ but also, more importantly, to support the local hospitals. Loadhog has now extended the offer to all the group’s other staff in Sheffield and Rotherham and to their local small companies.

There is a selection of colours still available in two sizes, all branded with a ‘Thank You NHS’ logo. The larger container, at 600mm x 400mm, is £8 (three for £23 and five for £35) and the smaller at 400mm x 300mm is £6 (three for £17 and five for £25).

Orders and payments can be taken over the phone (0114 2800 860) or via charity@loadhog.com and containers delivered to local Sheffield homes, adhering to social distancing measures.
