Local Chamber Launches Business Academy

The Sheffield Junior Chamber international (JCI Sheffield) are launching a new Business Academy taking place 10th / 11th September.

The weekend long Business Academy run by JCI Sheffield gives aspiring entrepreneurs and young people in business an opportunity to widen their skill set. The academy will also see key speakers from businesses and organisations in Yorkshire tell their story and give advice to attendees. JCI Sheffield President Gareth Carson says: "Business Academy is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to further their career, wanting to set up their own business or simple wanting a taste for the world of business.  "At JCI Sheffield we are all about empowering young people to achieve awesome and be the best they can be. With the skills provided by JCI, what seems the impossible can become the possible." JCI Sheffield's Business Academy will take place on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th September. Guest speakers include former Chair and Chief Exec of Pyronix Ltd Julie Kenny CBE, Sheffield Chamber of Commerce's Richard Wright and Business Sheffield's Natalie Fletcher.
