Local technology company wins business award

Sheffield based technology company, AAG Systems Ltd.

, has added another award to its growing list of commendations from industry bodies. Last Tuesday, September 29, AAG's managing director Alexa Greaves, travelled to the Crowne Plaza, Newcastle, for the Yorkshire and the North East regional heat of the Forward Ladies Women in Business Awards, where she collected the award for SME Business of the Year for Growth, on behalf of AAG. Organised by Forward Ladies, The Women in Business awards is widely acknowledged as the premier forum for recognising and rewarding the nation's talented women, and AAG's victory in the regional heats of this category means that it is now eligible for the national finals. Speaking after the event, Greaves was elated, -Being announced as the winner of an award as prestigious as this is just fantastic, especially considering the strength of the other entries. It's a huge win for the whole team at AAG, and recognition of the hard work and dedication we've all put in to securing major national contracts like Faber & Faber and Slimming World.
