11th June 2014
Lupton Fawcett Denison Till, the York, Leeds and Sheffield-based commercial law firm, announces the appointment of a new Director to its commercial property department, based in York.
Jonathan Moore specialises in all forms of commercial property with particular expertise in development and development funding having acted in connection with some of the more significant developments within York and the surrounding areas including the ongoing redevelopment of a major new University campus within the city. In addition to this, Jonathan acts for a number of corporate property occupiers, providing pragmatic legal advice to the manufacturing and light industrial sectors. Jonathan Moore, comments: -Since the departure of Dickinson Dees from the city, York has been crying out for a full service commercial law firm; the merger of Denison Till and Lupton Fawcett sent a clear signal to the business community in York and surrounding areas that a quality full service offering is on hand without the need to travel further afield. Joining Lupton Fawcett Denison Till allows me to offer the full range of services with real quality and innovative pricing. There is a real buzz at Lupton Fawcett Denison Till because the firm is taking decisive and successful strides to grow the practice in a strong and positive way and I am very pleased to be part of that. Lupton Fawcett Denison Till's Managing Director, Richard Marshall, comments: -Jonathan has built a solid reputation in York and the wider region over the last 15 years; he brings great experience and expertise, as well as further strengthening our offering in the York and North Yorkshire region. This is the second in a series of lateral hires into our York office since Director Paul Sykes joined us in January. I am very keen to speak to any other first-class lawyers with strong York connections who feel they can contribute to and benefit from our continued success.
