Mattress Online unveils new branding

9th November 2021

As part of the future growth and business expansion under the sole ownership of Chief Executive Officer, Steve Adams, fast-growing retailer Mattress Online has unveiled a new brand and logo to customers, staff and key partners.

The brand promise “lots to feel comfy about” underpins a new set of company values, and this message will be integral to the future offer to the customer, supported by the whole team at Mattress Online.

Following 18 months of fast-moving change due to customer demands during the pandemic where sales increased by almost 200, the e-commerce retailer has also grown its workforce 100, from 35 to 70, in the same period.

The launch of the new brand coincides with Mattress Online celebrating 18 years since trading began in December 2003 and heralds the vision for the years to come.

“The key values are at the very heart of what we do, along with the refreshed new logo, and an internal brand book, the vision starts right here, within the team. This all forms the basis of how we continue to grow and strengthen our relationship with our customers, suppliers and partners” said Steve.

“As we expand, the branding and logo will become synonymous with our core pledge that with Mattress Online it’s a comfy process to buy from us - there’s no hassle, no stress and it’s a simple journey from accessing our expert advice to receiving your order and ultimately getting the best night’s sleep”

Head of Marketing at Mattress Online, Annaliese Curtis said “We have ambitious growth plans and want our brand promise and values to reflect this. In addition we have a refreshed, vibrant visual identity to best communicate our proposition to our customers.

“We will be updating our website and social channels with the new branding to go live on 9th November and are really excited to see the results.”
