Meadow Bay Villages parks with The SEO Works

5th March 2025

Meadow Bay Villages, a holiday park provider with four sites across Northampton and the South East, has joined with The SEO Works, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Sheffield, to overhaul their SEO efforts and boost organic rankings.

Meadow Bay Villages provides families with high-quality, exciting holidays and activities throughout the year. With four state-of-the-art parks, families can choose to book holidays or buy the luxury holiday homes.

Meadow Bay explained to The SEO Works that they wanted to target two aspects of the business. Firstly, they want to push holiday rentals at two newly-renovated sites: Billing Aquadrome and Hayling Island. Secondly, they want to increase awareness of their holiday home ownership parks.

But overall, Meadow Bay aims to solidify itself as a top family holiday provider in the UK. However they knew that achieving this level of awareness would require a strengthening of their online presence, driving more customers to their site organically - which is where The SEO Works came in.

The SEO Works knew they could deliver the results Meadow Bay Villages were looking for, having worked on similar campaigns with travel and holiday providers such as UK Breakaways, Lartisien and Ezoria. This expertise, and sector-specific SEO knowledge, were displayed throughout the pitch process and led to them being selected by the leading holiday provider.

Rebecca Lacey, Holidays Marketing Manager at Meadow Bay Villages, said, “We chose The SEO Works as our supporting SEO agency because of their proven expertise, data-driven strategies, and commitment to delivering real results. We are a new business and believe with their support, we’re ready to elevate our online presence and drive meaningful growth.”

After completing an initial audit, The SEO Works realised that the Meadow Bay Villages website had great potential, and the foundations were already there. In order to deliver on both of Meadow Bay Villages’ core goals, The SEO Works will take a two-pronged approach.

Firstly, the team will look to further optimise the content already on the site. Despite being a fantastic foundation, they will ensure that the content is not only better geared towards answering the queries of their audience, but also that those users are guided through the site to the point of booking.

Secondly, they’ll then look to develop on this foundation by creating new website content around specific business objectives. This will begin with building authority around the highly competitive ‘Adventure Park’ and ‘Family Park’ spaces. The team of experts will look to develop search engine and user-friendly content, improving the site’s rankings and the awareness of their diverse services.

Alex Hill, Sales Director at The SEO Works, said, “Given our extensive past experience in the travel and holiday industry, we know we can deliver on the two goals Meadow Bay Villages are looking to achieve. The team will have a field day with this and are excited to showcase their expertise. We know they can deliver great results!”

The SEO Works specialises in SEO, PPC, Digital PR, Web and Paid Social advertising and has many clients within the travel and holiday sector such as UK Breakaways, Lartisien and Ezoria.
