Sheffield born business lawyer Karen Delamore has returned back to her roots to establish a new practise aimed at providing practical legal solutions for local companies.

An expert in the legalities surrounding international business and transactions, Karen was based in France for many years working with organisations throughout Europe and the United States.

Shortly before the birth of her daughter Karen took the decision to return to the UK working in Manchester for GE Capital’s European equipment leasing business.

Karen commented: “This was a particularly interesting and indeed challenging time as I worked on literally all types of legal issues from buying and selling companies in the UK, negotiating major customer and supplier contract, defending businesses in litigation  and  advising on compliance issues right through to carrying out compliance training and investigations.”

“When I came back to the UK I decided that Sheffield was the place to bring up my family, so it was an easy decision to base my own new business KARACEN in the city”

“I like to give pragmatic and practical advice and really do enjoy being hands on to help businesses develop,” she said.

“I am really looking forward to using the benefit of all my years of experience to help Sheffield Chamber members”

As well as offering legal advice and support, Karen is also able to provide short term  cover for any organisations no matter how large or small, if they were to require someone to fill in for their own legal staff in the event of illness, extended leave etc.

If you feel that Karen could help you then please give her a call at the KARACEN office on: 07786747979
