Member Profile – The Unlearning Company

14th April 2021

The Unlearning Company is a Sheffield based coaching business that helps individuals refine their approach to work, teams work better together, and business leaders create workplaces where people thrive.

Unlearning Company Founder, Jonathan Cooper is passionate about human potential and enabling others to work productively by developing and sustaining new skills and behaviours.

Jonathan explains:  “Creating a productive workplace can be challenging. Having a team of highly skilled individuals is no guarantee of success.  We all have habits that unintentionally have a negative impact on our work or that of our colleagues.  The Unlearning Company’s coaching provides an opportunity to explore how work is currently approached, to identify more effective ways of achieving results, and most importantly, it enables folk to apply and sustain their discoveries.”

“Recognising the day-to-day challenges of running a business, we work in a way that minimises disruption, accelerates results and meets the immediate needs of your people.  Indicatively a programme might compromise of 6 – 8 short workshops spread over 12 – 24 weeks.  The outcome is steady, sustained changes in how work is done and the business results that follow."

“Workshops focus on three areas as follows. Personal, collective and leadership effectiveness.  With over forty workshop titles to choose from constructing a programme that is aligned to your needs is straight forward, and if you need topics that we have yet to develop we will create those at no extra cost.  We get huge satisfaction from seeing positive changes in the way people work and we would be delighted to support your people to achieve even greater results.”
