itstettled launch research for Mental Health Awareness Week all around the stresses that business owners face

6th May 2021

At itsettled, they’re passionate about mental health. They know that late payment can cause a myriad of mental health problems, from stress and anxiety to depression.

It can become an all-consuming subject, affecting your sleep, energy, and life outside of work. This was one of the main drivers behind the conception of itsettled.

In 2021 the subject of mental health is as important as ever. With the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses, and their staff have sometimes suffered even more - and as a whole nation we’ve all felt more isolated.

Itsettled would love to know your thoughts. That’s why they’re launching a piece of research for Mental Health Awareness Week all around the stresses that business owners face. They want to make sure that business owners feel less alone, and less pressured.

Talking about your feelings can help you stay in good mental health and deal with times when you feel troubled. Talking about your feelings isn't a sign of weakness. It's part of taking charge of your wellbeing and doing what you can to stay healthy.

If you’re a business owner, please consider filling in the survey today, please share with your network and ask them to do the same. Itsettled will be forever grateful for you helping to get the conversation started.

They’ve partnered with Gideon Barker at Customer IQ to bring you this research. They’ll be publishing the results in the next few weeks and sharing the results to truly get the conversation going. All responses are anonymous, and no names will be taken.
