Dave Bailey, spokesperson for the Sheffield IT Partnership (SITP), said: -The partnership has been developed as there are a lot of cross integration points between the Microsoft products and so we can now offer a more formalised, integrated solution for larger SMEs. -Becoming a Patron of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce has connected us to an organisation that is dedicated to supporting people and businesses within the local area. -Not only does patronage mean we can show our support for their aims, it will also increase our visibility within the local area and provides a means for enabling local businesses to benefit from the combined specialist knowledge of more than 50 years' experience in providing integrated Microsoft solutions. Richard Wright, executive director of Sheffield Chamber, added: "We are delighted Sheffield IT Partnership has joined us as a Patron. The Chamber is an SME and over the last year we have tried to "trial" new products that are suitable for SMEs and address their issues. -We have used Arkom ourselves when we upgraded our own systems to utilise The Cloud and Biz-ICT are our official training partner for SharePoint. -We now have a Patron which is leading the way in innovative thinking and which wants to make a real contribution to this city."
