Mike Brewer Motors achieves success on Social Media via Chamber Funded Training

16th April 2015

Valued Chamber member, Mike Brewer Motors, made use out of the recent funded sales training available via Sheffield Chamber.

Here is what Lee Holland, who attended the Social Media course, had to say: On objective... "We wanted to benefit from our already prominent position on social media, in a more efficient/productive way. Due to the 'celebrity' connotations we have - we had many followers - from all over the world, that were never likely to become 'customers'. We wanted to expand this reach locally/nationally, and possibly turn some of these numbers into customers. We saw this training as an excellent opportunity to further our customer service methods and customer interaction - since we strive for complete customer satisfaction." On outcome... "We now have more followers then ever, with a greater percentage of them being customers. We are now active on social media daily, and are starting to become something of an 'authority' for our field. We have more engagement directly with our customers, then ever before, bringing us closer to our local community, which is, in turn showing results in terms of sales." On the future... "We intend to continue being active and engaging, showing our products, services, happy customers/testimonials to the rest of the UK, and are looking at new ways to market ourselves - moving with the times." www.mikebrewermotors.com
