At Mind Works we believe the wellbeing of employees is fundamental to the success of your organisation.

Our Workplace Wellbeing Programme is designed to provide support to you and your team members, ensuring you have access to the resources you need for mental and emotional health. We prioritise the mental, emotional, and physical health of every individual, because we know that when our people are healthy, we all succeed.

We’re committed to helping you create a people-first environment where every employee feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive both personally and professionally. We offer resources that promote holistic wellness, foster a healthy workplace culture and help employers break down the stigma surrounding mental health, by encouraging open conversations.

Our Aims:

Mind Works offers a comprehensive and inclusive confidential programme tailored to the specific diverse needs of Sheffield’s workforce which includes training, coaching, resources, counselling and guided self-help which can be delivered face-to-face, online or telephone, with the aim of supporting local employers to increase resilience and productivity, while contributing to improved organisational performance.
