20th March 2025

Moore Insight, a professional services consultancy based in the heart of Sheffield City Centre, has successfully achieved re-certification for three International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

We are proud to announce that Moore Insight has successfully achieved re-certification for three International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

The rigorous assessments required for these certifications are part of a three-year cycle, and our accomplishment demonstrates our commitment to operational excellence - one of our core values.

Here’s a breakdown of what each certification means...

ISO 9001: Quality

Recognises that our processes are efficient, consistent, and continually improving. The auditor praised our quality management system, noting that we “just get it” and highlighting the changes and improvements we have implemented as evidence of our quality-focused mindset.

ISO 14001: Environment

Reflects our commitment to managing environmental responsibilities in a systematic way, including contributing to sustainability, and reducing our environmental impact.

ISO 45001: Health and safety

Demonstrates that we provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees by identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring the well-being of our workforce.

Laura Schofield, Quality and Operations Manager, said: “We are pleased to share that the audit went extremely well, with no non-conformities or recommendations for improvement being flagged. This result is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team in maintaining and enhancing our management systems.”

We continuously strive to improve our processes and enhance our operations. Our team works diligently to meet and exceed the standards set out by ISO, ensuring that our performance is maximised, and our clients receive the exceptional, cost-effective services they expect.
