My Choice Local

4th March 2014

My Choice Local is a Sheffield based organisation working predominantly with young people with learning disabilities and autism and who exist to support all vulnerable people to lead their lives as they would wish and to challenge barriers that prevent individual choice and fulfilment.

My Choice Local is a not-for-profit organisation, which basically means any surplus funds are ploughed back into the service to improve our facilities and services to allow us to continue to enhance the lives of the young people associated with us. We realise that in this current financial climate very few people or Companies have "spare" funds available, however, we are holding a fund raising evening on 28th June 2014 and are looking for sponsorship. The aim of the event is to raise funds to enable us to arrange holidays for Disabled Young People at little or no costs. The aim is to empower the young people to take a break from their families and have a break with their friends, the other side of this is of course that thisallows families a break from providing care 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The evening will start with pre-dinner reception drinks, there will be live entertainment before a three-course meal finishing the evening off with dancing until the early hours. For any Company/Organisation who feel they may be in a position to help we are offering a 'three- tier' sponsorship: Bronze Sponsorship is £250.00 and will include 2 free tickets to the event and a ¼ page advert in the evenings programme Silver Sponsorship is £500.00 and will include 4 free tickets to the event and a ½ page advert in the programme Gold Sponsorship is £1000.00 for which you will have 8 free tickets (1 x table) and a full page advert in the programme. In the event of any sponsorship recognition would be given on our own website and we would consider links to your own website. Individual tickets may of course be purchased by anyone who would like to support our Fund Raising Event at a cost of £50.00 per head and initial contact should be made with the office. Once again thank you for taking the trouble to read this communication. Yours faithfully Wayne Shortland - Managing Director www.mychoicelocal.co.uk
