My Print Partners Celebrate 3rd Birthday

21st June 2017

Despite starting up in a declining market, Myprint Printers has bucked the trend, almost doubled its team since starting out, and is celebrating its 3rd birthday.

Based in Sheffield, the business is run by Richard Green and Ian McCloskey, both of who have been in print for too many years to mention. Richard, has followed in his printing fathers' footsteps since the tender age of 16 'It has been a rollercoaster 3 years for the business and I am happy to say things are going from strength to strength. We believe our success is down to a fantastic team as well as a loyal customer base who have been brilliant and who keep coming back to us which in our trade is extremely important. They like the fact they get to speak to the owners so they can get quick expert advice and on the spot decisions. I am a big advocate of home grown talent too so was pleased to have been able to take on Tyler, an apprentice this year who has fitted in brilliantly.' Whilst other items like vinyl and books seem to be bucking the digital trend, it has been muted that print is seeing a resurgence as marketers are seeing the value of multi-channel campaigns rather than putting everything online. Ian, client services director comments 'We work closely with marketers and design agencies to develop print solutions that will complement their campaigns. Often a campaign can have real stand out and differentiate itself by using a great piece of print and design.' Not a company to stand still, they have recently invested in more printing equipment to strengthen their offer for their customers. Richard comments 'We have recently bought another machine which produces bespoke, one off items and quirky personalised print which is already reaping rewards and giving our customers something different to use.'    So where will the team be in the next 3 years? If vinyl is anything to go by watch this space.  About Myprint Partners Myprint Partners is a leading South Yorkshire printing business that provides print services to marketing professionals, design agencies and print management companies across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare and manufacturing.
