Whether you are considering the accreditation route for the first time or are interested in how to integrate the various options, this conference should help you. The conference will cover the three standards now commonly expected by potential customers: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007. It will also look at some of the more important newer standards including the Security Management Standard ISO 27001:2013, aimed at any organisations keeping sensitive data and the Energy Management System standard ISO 50001:2011. Giving a brief overview of Meadowhall as a 'Super Regional' Shopping Centre and touching upon the staff cultural changes which were required to ensure that the site remains a safe destination for people to visit. Concluding with footage of the Christmas Lights 'Switch On' event which is a 'coming together' of all disciplines within Meadowhall to ensure that this and previous such concerts have been delivered safely and successfully. 10.40am ISO Update, What's new?
