Taylor Bracewell is proud to announce that we have a new Head of Employment, Richard Lozano! Richard joined the firm on the 18th of October and will be based at our Railway Court Office, Doncaster.

Richard started his career in employment law in 2007 at a law firm in Sheffield and qualified in 2012 as a solicitor and his last role progressed to Head of the Employment Department.

Being Head of Employment carries significant responsibility, but with Richard’s work ethic and motivation, we believe Richard will be able to carry this title with confidence.

During the process of interviewing Richard for this news release, we asked him “What made you start a career in employment?”, instantly his smile grew and he answered:

“I got into law as I enjoy solving problems. I have always had that "helping hand" attitude hence I wanted to go into a career in which I could do just that!
Being an employment solicitor not only allows me to help clients with their employment issues, but it allows me to provide a high standard of service where all clients can feel comfortable and welcoming during what can be a stressful and worrying time”.

In Richards own time, he enjoys cooking and hiking. He likes to stay fit, healthy and overall have a positive outlook on life.

We know Richard will be a great addition to the Taylor Bracewell family and we believe that he will be able to bring a new perspective to the employment law team!
