Ochiba now working with Evolution Power Tools Ltd

15th July 2013

One of the fastest growing power tool brands in the world, Evolution Power Tools Ltd, has chosen Sheffield based Ochiba Business Solutions to implement SAP Business One.

Due to significant and consistent growth over the last few years, existing software systems had become disparate and it was decided that, in order to continue to move the business forward, a fully integrated software solution that could manage all areas of the business would be required. Having reviewed a number of solutions Evolution Power Tools chose SAP Business One, a fully integrated business solution designed by SAP for small to medium sized companies (SME's). Managing Director of Ochiba, Dave Worsman explains -SAP Business One is designed for growing businesses like Evolution Power tools. With SAP Business One, Evolution Power Tools will be able to have up-to-the-minute information for CRM, finance, stock, sales, purchasing and service management, from which they can create reports and monitor business activity more effectively. In parallel with the UK implementation, Evolution Power Tools will work with Ochiba to roll out SAP Business One to its US operations and in the future plans to implement SAP Business One in France and Japan.  SAP Business One is ideal for businesses based in several overseas locations, as it allows the data entered in one country to be displayed elsewhere in the local currency, making the exchange of financial information between the international offices straightforward. Finance Director of Evolution Power Tools, Nick Shaw said -SAP Business One will help us integrate our entire organisation and allow us to share data across all our operations, eliminating costly duplication within the business.  It will help us streamline our processes and give us the tools to manage the continued growth and expansion we expect in years to come.
