Office Friendly Launches 2020 Marketing Programme

1st August 2019

Sheffield-based business development specialist Office Friendly has launched its 2020 Marketing Programme.

The new expanded programme provides an overview of the publications and marketing activity available to Office Friendly members throughout next year. The programme has been designed to provide dealers with a broad range of marketing and publications year-round on core office products lines as well as other areas. In addition to the annual product catalogue and quarterly mailers, members will also be able to access a variety of exclusive product and service-focused mailers to help broaden their propositions and diversify into vertical markets such as Workwear and PPE, Ergonomics, Presentation Tools and Office Design. The programme also introduces two new mailers designed to facilitate and support sales conversations and showcase dealers' diverse product and service portfolios. Brand Heroes, a magazine-style sales tool, will be a quarterly digital lifestyle publication containing editorial content, branded products and promotions relating to the modern workplace. A free digital asset pack including the digicat, email templates, web banners and social media material will be provided to support members' sales and strategy. A new Sustainable Value Range mailer has been created to highlight sustainable and competitive product ranges including Q-Connect and VOW Exclusive Brand recycled products. As well as helping members meet increasing customer demand for eco-friendly practices, the mailer will also contribute towards members' own sustainability efforts as well as contributing towards any Weaver certification in progress. To support this activity throughout the year, members can also access further marketing resources such as email templates, web banners and sales resources for free using Office Friendly's email marketing platform, Maxemail+, and learning and development programme, Pioneer. In addition to this, members can take advantage of the Corporate Brochure Suite, a fully customisable and affordable tool to help showcase core services and company ethos to prospective customers. Katie Metcalfe, Marketing Director of Office Friendly, commented, -In our dynamically changing marketplace, dealers need to diversify into adjacent product areas that fit alongside their core business. "For us, it's important that we continue to support our members and their businesses with an innovative and broad range of marketing. Our expanded 2020 Marketing Programme will provide our dealers and their sales teams with opportunities to plug those gaps and showcase other service areas to new and existing customers. Office Friendly's 2020 Marketing Programme has now launched to the membership and is available to download at officefriendly.co.uk. Office Friendly is a not-for-profit dealer group offering a range of business services to over 150 members across the country.
