Ogilvie completes unique fleet awards customer satisfaction hat-trick

20th March 2013

Ogilvie Fleet has become the first vehicle leasing and fleet management company to win a top industry customer service award three times in succession.

The company, which is headquartered in Stirling and has offices in Belfast, Birmingham and Sheffield, has claimed a unique hat-trick of Fleeteye CSI (customer satisfaction index) Awards, which recognise the contract hire company that has achieved the highest customer satisfaction in the eyes of fleet decision-makers in a calendar year. Ogilvie topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles. The award is based on results obtained throughout 2012 from Experteye's market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey which is drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK. Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annu al CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year. -It is a fabulous achievement for Ogilvie Fleet to have won the sub-250 fleet award three times in a row, said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye. -It is a huge testimony to the consistently strong levels of service they've demonstrated throughout the year. -The Fleeteye CSI remains the principal measure of customer satisfaction in the fleet sector, offering flexible back-end reporting, the ability to tailor question sets so that they are meaningful to fleet operators and there are also benefits to fleet managers who can access essential industry benchmarking data once the survey has been completed. Ogilvie Fleet's latest Fleeteye Award follows survey success in the previous two years based on service quality in 2010 and 2011 respectively. The company's customer service pre-eminence is further underpinned by the fact that it is believed to be the first time that one vehicle leasing company has held the industry's three most significant awards for meeting client expectations. In addition to the Fleeteye CSI Award, Ogilvie Fleet won the Best Customer Service Award at the 2012 Fleet News Awards and the Customer Service Award presented to a company listed in the annual 'FN50' published by Fleet News, which is an industry report and analysis focusing on the UK's top 50 contract hire and leasing companies. Nick Hardy, sales and marketing director of Ogilvie Fleet, which now has almost 11,000 vehicles on its books, said: -We have always believed that Ogilvie Fleet delivers top-notch service levels and the awards we continue to win is proof positive. -Recognition through the Fleeteye CSI survey as well as the other awards gives Ogilvie Fleet independent recognition and huge credibility in an industry in which excellent customer service is key. He continued: -However, we are not complacent and continue to innovate and expand our product portfolio. We are working harder than ever to deliver industry-leading service and products in a marketplace that gets ever-more competitive. -There is no doubt that Ogilvie Fleet is at the forefront of the vehicle leasing industry and we hope that our continuing awards recognition further drives up service quality across the sector. -Everyone at Ogilvie Fleet is thrilled to win another Fleeteye Award and we will continue to increase our efforts to deliver pre-eminen t products and service to remain at number one. Mr Hardy concluded: -Ogilvie Fleet is continually introducing a range of cutting-edge new technology - MiFleet Showroom for example and a suite of online tools - but no such developments are at the expense of old fashioned customer service. Dial the Ogilvie Fleet number and a member of our Customer Services' team is available to help." Ogilvie Fleet, which is headquartered in Stirling with offices in Birmingham Sheffield and Northern Ireland, provide contract hire, leasi ng and fleet management solutions for UK and European companies operating vehicle fleets ranging from five to 2,000+ units. The fleet today totals almost 11,000 vehicles, making the company one of the largest independent contract hire and leasing specialists in the fleet sector. Ogilvie Fleet's reputation is built on an ability to deliver bespoke solutions and a consistently high quality of service, linked with competitive pricing and a 'real world' ability to work in partnership with clients. In essence, the organisation delivers the perfect combination of small company service ethos and large company buying power. That philosophy has won Ogilvie Fleet a string of industry awards in recent years. They include: winning the Experteye Fleeteye CSI (customer satisfaction index) Award in 2010, 2011 and 2012; winning the 2012 Best Customer Service Award at the annual Fleet News Awards and beating 49 other contract hire and leasing companies to win the 'FN50' Customer Service Award from Fleet News.
