Ogilvie completes unique fleet awards customer satisfaction hat-trick

Ogilvie Fleet has become the first vehicle leasing and fleet management company to win a top industry customer service award three times in succession.
The company, which is headquartered in Stirling and has offices in Belfast, Birmingham and Sheffield, has claimed a unique hat-trick of Fleeteye CSI (customer satisfaction index) Awards, which recognise the contract hire company that has achieved the highest customer satisfaction in the eyes of fleet decision-makers in a calendar year. Ogilvie topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles. The award is based on results obtained throughout 2012 from Experteye's market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey which is drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK. Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis.
