Ogilvie Fleet Expansion in Northern Ireland Continues as Business moves into New Offices

14th June 2013

Fast-growing Ogilvie Fleet's expansion in Northern Ireland has continued with the company's move into new offices.

The business, the only privately-owned and operated full service vehicle leasing and fleet management company operating in Northern Ireland, has moved to Quay Gate House in Belfast, one of the city's most prominent and prestigious city centre addresses. Quay Gate House is located just off Belfast's M3 Link close to the city's Titanic and Odyssey Arena complexes as well as the city centre and the George Best Belfast City Airport so providing first class business and transport links. The move from Dundonald, on the outskirts of Belfast, comes two years after Ogilvie Fleet increased its footprint in the province with the acquisition of Contraflex Contract Hire and Leasing. Since then the company has gone from strength-to-strength in Northern Ireland as it focuses on tripling the size of its flourishing business with public, private and voluntary sector organisations in the thriving province. Last year the company announced a £2.5 million investment in Northern Ireland and the move to new offices is the latest initiative as Ogilvie Fleet seeks to meet its strategic objective of expanding the business to 3,000 cars and vans operating in the province over the coming years. Ogilvie Fleet sales and marketing director Nick Hardy said: -The move into new offices is a direct result of our continuing fleet expansion in Northern Ireland and our need for more space to further develop the division and recruit additional staff. "Business this year remains buoyant and we have already achieved strong growth and new contract wins from a wide range of corporate customers throughout Northern Ireland. Adopting the theme of 'local service from local people, Mr Hardy said: -We buy locally, recruit locally and support the Northern Ireland business community in everything we do. At the end of 2012 Ogilvie Fleet, which also has offices in Birmingham, Sheffield and Stirling and operates almost 11,000 vehicles UK-wide, recruited three new members of staff to its Northern Ireland operation, which is led by regional manager Jim Humphreys. Mr Hardy said: -We want to become the number one vehicle leasing provider in Northern Ireland. -We believe that is possible as a result of on-going investment, the availability to customers in the province of our multi award-winning product portfolio as well as innovative web-based solutions for fleet decision-makers and drivers and finally first-class customer service. Ogilvie Fleet's new address in Northern Ireland is: Quay Gate House, 15 Scrabo Street, Belfast, BT5 4BD. The telephone number is: 028 9045 0800 and the fax number is: 028 9045 0801.
