Ogilvie Wins Top Fleet Customer Service Award For The Fourth Year In Succession

It's official! Ogilvie Fleet leads the UK contract hire and leasing industry after becoming the first vehicle leasing and fleet management company to win a top industry customer service award four times in succession.
The company, which is headquartered in Stirling and has offices in Belfast, Birmingham and Sheffield, has claimed a unique quartet of Fleeteye CSI (customer satisfaction index) Awards, which recognise the contract hire company that has achieved the highest customer satisfaction in the eyes of fleet decision-makers in a calendar year. Ogilvie topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles. The award was presented to Gordon Stephen, Ogilvie Fleet's managing director at a ceremony in London's Mayfair; an event which covered nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories in total. Ogilvie Fleet's Fleeteye CSI honour was based on results obtained throughout 2013 from Experteye's market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK. Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year. -For Ogilvie Fleet to have won the sub 250 fleet award four times in a row is an incredible achievement, said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye. -However, each year the company continues to demonstrate an outstanding level of service which is reflected in the independent feedback we receive from their customers. -The Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Companies that subscribe enjoy flexible back-end reporting and the ability to tailor the question sets so that they are meaningful. Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.
