PAB Languages Centre secures place on prestigious ESPO Language Services (402) Framework

11th September 2024

PAB Languages Centre, a leader in providing comprehensive language solutions, has been successfully appointed to the ESPO Language Services (402) Framework after a rigorous selection process that began in November 2023.

The achievement underscores the company’s commitment to delivering top-tier services in the industry, distinguished by its adherence to stringent quality standards, social value contributions, and operational excellence.

PAB underwent thorough checks and faced stiff competition to secure a place on the ESPO framework, which covers language services, interpretation services, translation and transcription services.

The company’s evaluation spanned multiple critical areas including the quality of its linguistic selection, the robustness of its technology, the efficiency of its project management, and its financial stability. Success in each of these areas not only demonstrates its capability but also reinforces PAB’s position as a leader in the field.

This collaboration underscores PAB Languages Centre's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, aligning with the framework's goals of offering accessible, cost-effective language services to public bodies across the UK.

“Being part of this prestigious framework is not just a great achievement; it’s a responsibility that we take very seriously,”

said Iwona Lebiedowicz, Managing Director of PAB Languages Centre Ltd.

“This is not just a recognition of our past achievements but also a gateway to new opportunities. It enables us to expand our reach, offering existing and new clients enhanced services backed by the assurance of our framework standards. We look forward to leveraging this opportunity to foster stronger, more effective partnerships with our clients, driven by trust and mutual success.”

Sara Davison, Relationship Manager at PAB, said:

“This is a fantastic news! Being part of the ESPO Language Services (402) Framework means that our clients can have even greater confidence in the services we provide. Our appointment to the ESPO framework serves as an independent validation of our quality and reliability.  Clients will benefit from streamlined processes that make it easier and faster to engage with our services, knowing that we meet the pre-set framework standards.

“Our proven track record in managing resources and integrating quality technology means clients gain access to cutting-edge solutions tailored to their needs. Also, we are committed to delivering social value in every project, ensuring that our work has a positive impact on the community.”

The framework is established initially for two years with an option to extend for a further period or periods of up to a total of two years, taking the contract to a maximum of four years.

ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation (PBO) with more than 40 years’ experience. Now one of the largest PBOs in the country, it is owned and managed by six member authority councils: Leicestershire County Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Cambridgeshire Country Council, Norfolk County Council, Warwickshire Country Council and Peterborough City Council.

This is the second framework that PAB Languages Centre Ltd has been appointed on this year, and follows the securing of a position on the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Language Services framework.

PAB was founded in the East Midlands and now operates across the UK. For more information about services under this framework or to discuss language service needs, please contact PAB Languages Centre on translations@pablanguages.co.uk
