Pagets Staff to Walk from Paris to Calais

Six dedicated employees from Pagets Builders Merchants are lacing up their walking boots and setting off on an unforgettable challenge – a Paris-to-Calais charity walk – all in support of Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.

The team will begin their journey in the French Capital, covering mile after mile through towns, countryside, and coastal paths before reaching Calais. In total, they’ll trek over 180 miles on foot, a true test of endurance, teamwork, and determination.

“Sheffield Children’s Hospital is close to all our hearts. The hospital provides world-class care to children and families across the region. I think we all know someone who has benefited from the tireless work the Children’s Hospital does and we wanted to do something extraordinary to help give back,”

said Alan, one of the walkers.

Along the way, the group will be sharing updates, photos, and stories from their journey. Every blister, every early start, and every step taken brings them closer to their fundraising goal – helping Sheffield Children’s Hospital continue its vital work.
