Part-time Jobs and Volunteering Fair 2012

The University of Sheffield's Careers Service will be hosting a part-time job fair in conjunction with Sheffield Volunteering on Wednesday 3rd October 2012 from 11am 3pm.
It will take place in the Octagon Centre which is our largest venue on campus and is in a prime location next door to the Students' Union. You should consider attending if you need to: promote your part-time and temporary jobs recruit a pool of casual/bank workers employ extra staff for the Christmas period engage volunteers Do you need to do all of the above without an advertising budget????? Then we can help The Fair is free to attend and will take place right at the start of the academic year; helping you to target a brand new intake of students as well as students already studying at the University of Sheffield. Fair promotion The Fair will be promoted to University of Sheffield students by the Student Jobshop, Sheffield Volunteering and the Careers Service. The Fair will be promoted the week before at the Fresher's Fair and Activities fair; via posters and flyers; adverts on University and Union plasma screens and by email. On the day All organisations participating in the Fair will receive an exhibition space including table, chairs and light refreshments We will also promote your vacancies on the University of Sheffield's online vacancy service and in the window of our Jobshop. We can highlight your attendance at the fair and inform students how they can apply for your vacancy in advance. We expect this fair to be busy so would recommend you bring plenty of application forms/ material with you. Interested in attending?
