Payroll Solution Services knows The SEO Works is their SEO resolution

19th February 2025

Payroll Solution Services has partnered with the award-winning SEO team at The SEO Works to ensure a strong start when their new website launches.

Payroll Solution Services, based in Coventry, offers companies outsourced payroll services across the UK. They ensure client employees are compliant with UK legislation, pensions and tax when they receive their monthly paycheck. They promise to simplify payroll, with payments on time every time.

Kevin, CEO at Payroll Solution Services, reached out to The SEO Works after they were recommended to him by an associate. He said,

"As a new company, establishing an online presence was crucial. There was only one company who they [her associate] would recommend to work with us, and that was The SEO Works for their expertise.”

As a relatively new business, Payroll Solution Services is currently in the process of recreating a whole new website. With aims to grow quite quickly, they knew that in order to seriously compete in this market, they needed to build the new site with SEO taken into consideration right from the beginning.

The SEO Works pitched and given their strong track record in professional services, working with companies such as MSC Notaries and Optimise Accounting, combined with a strong strategy for growing the new site from the ground up, Payroll Solution Services chose to proceed with them.

The team at The SEO Works will work closely with Payroll Solution Services to build SEO into the new site in real-time at the point of development. This ensures a strong foundation for the launch of the new site and subsequent organic visibility growth.

This ‘Phase 0’ -style approach is not uncommon from the award-winning agency - operating in this way allows key technical considerations to be undertaken before launch, and increases the chance of stronger visibility as the SEO campaign is rolled out.

Alex Hill, Sales Director at The SEO Works said,

“Starting the SEO process at the start of the website’s journey can majorly benefit rankings in the initial growth stage. Plus, our experts are always happy to collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is built with SEO at the front of mind.”

Tasmin, Head of HR at Payroll Solution Services said,

“Though we had little to no prior knowledge in this area, The SEO Works made the entire process seamless and straightforward. From start to finish, they took full control, guiding us through each step and clearly explaining the strategies involved to ensure maximum benefit for our business. Thanks to their support, we now have the confidence that our website is optimized to attract the right audience."

Alex Hill went on to say, “We are delighted to have Payroll Solution Services on board. Having worked with a number of companies in professional services, we know we can deliver the ‘solutions’ they are looking for to effectively compete in their industry.”
