Peter Wilmer joins Hawsons as Corporate Finance Partner

Hawsons Chartered Accountants are pleased to announce that Peter Wilmer has joined the firm as Corporate Finance Partner.

Peter is highly experienced in the field of corporate finance having worked for two firms of Chartered Accountants, including a national firm, as well as two major banks. Peter will head up the corporate finance team at Hawsons replacing Kevin Gregory, who has been at the firm for 15 years. Martyn Weatherall, Hawsons' Senior Partner, said: -We are delighted to welcome Peter as Corporate Finance Partner in the firm. He brings a wealth of experience and will assist in growing the firm's client base and expertise. -The region has seen increasing business activity in the last 12 months with sustained appetite for corporate acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts.
