PM Legal Services boosts team with young talent

3rd December 2018

Residential leasehold expert PM Legal Services has reinforced its commitment to developing tomorrow's talent with a new appointment and a promotion.

The award-winning firm has taken on Chloe Quinn, a student from Doncaster charity YMCA Training which supports young people to learn the skills they need to achieve their aspirations. Expanding the team by over 300% since its launch in February 2017, PM Legal Services has also promoted Kirsten Etheridge; another YMCA training student who has clinched the charity's Learning Awards for two consecutive years. Chloe has been appointed as an administration assistant and Kirsten has been promoted from office administrator to junior PA to Cassandra Zanelli, a recognised residential leasehold expert who heads the team. Said Cassandra: -YMCA Training plays a vital role in helping young people find work opportunities a goal which is aligned with our ethos of nurturing and training young talent. "We wish Chloe every success in her new role and congratulate Kirsten on her well-deserved promotion. Sally Briggs, progression and employability coordinator at YMCA Training, added: -With a high number of students in Doncaster leaving school without the skills and work experience required to gain an apprenticeship, we are delighted with the commitment and support of PM Legal Services and encourage other local employers to take on students and reap the benefits. Fundraising initiatives across 2018 for YMCA Training, the firm's adopted charity, include boosting donations and awareness at four sell-out conferences in London and Sheffield which were hosted and led by PM Legal Services. Cassandra, a frequent presenter at industry events, donated her moderator's fee to YMCA Training from the recent high-profile national conference of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) which also supports the charity. Noella Lee, ARMA's chief operating officer said: -We applaud the aims and remit of YMCA Training which operates nationwide and are delighted that Cassandra and PM Legal Services are helping to boost apprenticeships and training opportunities for young people.
