Professional Energy Purchasing welcomes Dan Wilson to its sales and account management team.

12th March 2021

This new appointment will enhance the seven-strong team and strengthen its energy procurement service for businesses.

Dan has gained over six years’ experience in the energy sector building strong relationships with clients whilst increasing the sales pipeline. His in-depth knowledge of the market and the different contracts available to clients made him the ideal candidate to develop new business across the North of England.

Dan comments “Despite being in a pandemic and the extra challenges it brings I’m really looking forward to playing my part in driving the business forward.   I was interviewed virtually but already feel like part of the team thanks to the warm welcome I’ve had.”

“As a father of a young family, I was looking for a position with a business that is family-orientated and flexible in its approach to work.  This business offers me that plus the chance to develop my role as the business continues to expand.”

Linda Spencer, managing director comments “Dan is an excellent fit for this position, both in terms of his knowledge of energy procurement, but also in his values which align perfectly to our business.  He understands the importance of providing a first-class service to clients which is the bedrock of the company and is fundamental to me personally.  It’s an exciting time to join the business and I’m sure he will prove to be another key member of the team.”

The team at Professional Energy Purchasing has been helping Sheffield Chamber of Commerce members save thousands of pounds on energy for years.
