Quickline delivers improved offer for business customers
18th November 2025
Quickline Communications has introduced new pricing and a strengthened SLA for its business full fibre broadband, giving rural enterprises faster, more reliable connectivity supported by dedicated service, priority support, and flexible high-speed plans.
The new pricing, activated this month, means Quickline is better equipped to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring more rural businesses can access high-quality connectivity at the right price.
The move follows two other major developments in Quickline’s business broadband offer - the introduction of a VoIP single analogue line replacement for business customers, and the rollout of a two-working-day SLA that provides reassurance and rapid response when issues arise.
Together, these improvements mark a significant step forward in Quickline’s mission to support rural businesses with the tools they need to thrive in the digital economy.
Ben O’Leary, Head of Product and Proposition at Quickline, said: “Business never stops and neither does our broadband. We know how critical connectivity is to our customers, and these changes ensure we’re offering not only great speeds and reliability, but also the flexibility and responsiveness that businesses deserve.”
Quickline’s business broadband services are supported by a dedicated team, ensuring customers receive the right plan for their changing needs.
Businesses can now choose from speeds of 200Mbps, 500Mbps, and 1000Mbps, all underpinned by full fibre infrastructure and a two-working-day SLA. They also get a fixed IP address and symmetrical speeds. Rachel Thompson, Business Sales Manager at Quickline, added: “Rural businesses are the backbone of local economies, and we’re committed to giving them the same connectivity advantages as urban areas. With our new pricing model and enhanced SLA, we’re offering a level of service and reliability that makes a real difference day-to-day.”
Quickline’s expanded B2B offering is now available across its growing full fibre footprint in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, with plans to market the service to thousands of eligible rural businesses in the coming months.
