The winners of this year's Acorn Awards, which celebrate 30 of the industry's most promising stars aged under 30, have been announced.

Head Chef & Co-Owner of Rafters Restaurant, Sheffield was one of the 2015 Acorn Award winners. The annual awards seek to highlight and celebrate the achievements of 30 of the industry's brightest prospects with each winner nominated by their peers for outstanding ability in their field. This year's winners came from all sectors of the industry including Hotel & HR Managers, Front of House Trainers and just 2 chefs.
