Recognising and Valuing Female Talent in Sheffield

00 am 12.30 pm The Electric Works, Sheffield Digital Campus, Sheffield S1 2BJ Sheffield First, in partnership with Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Business School and Sheffield Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to a 'one year on' event to give an update on what has happened in the past year, discuss where we're at now and agree on what more Sheffield could do to recognise and value the contribution its women and girls are making to the city. The event will start with a general presentation on the current position of women in Sheffield and then focus on the economic contribution of women and girls across the city. We have presenters from a range of organisations who will address key aspects affecting women and girls in the city. We also hope to launch two exciting new initiatives on the day. This event aims to influence debate and actions across the city and city region, working toward our overall ambition of making Sheffield a great city for women to live, work, study and do business in.
