Redbrik announces plans for fifth office at Krynkl

16th May 2016

One of the region's leading independent estate agencies has announced plans to open a fifth office within the Sheffield City Region.

Redbrik Estate Agency, which was established in 2013, is set to take a unit within the new exciting Krynkl development at Kelham Island, which will open later this year. Krynkl is a revolutionary development and the first of its kind in Sheffield has been imaginatively designed by architects Coda and is constructed from shipping containers. This innovative commercial property space has been created to showcase the best and most exciting independent businesses in Sheffield, where they can share space, skills and ideas. It really will be one of the most exciting places in the city to work, exercise and play. Mark Ross, Director at Redbrik Estate Agency, said: -We are absolutely delighted to have secured our fifth sales and lettings office in such a fantastic location within the City. -The Krynkl development provides us with a fun and vibrant place to work and is very much in line with the Redbrik brand and ethos. Fellow Director, Peter Lee, commented: -We are passionate about city and town centre living and Kelham Island is a real property hot spot right now with lots of new exciting developments and city centre living opportunities. -We pride ourselves on innovation and we are looking forward to opening our doors at Krynkl this autumn. -To have opened five offices within three years is something which we are exceptionally proud of and is testament to the hard work and dedication from our team. -In the competitive market place agents need to differentiate in ways that benefit the customer. Delivering outstanding service is what our customer's value most and therefore it is integral to everything we do. In addition to Redbrik, the tenants already committed to Krynkl provide an exciting and eclectic mix. These include Trib3 gym, Joro by the Milestone, Bunker Unisex Hair Salon, Sports Physio and Massage and a Superheroes shop. David Cross, managing director of Coda, which is behind the scheme, said: -It is great news that Redbrik are opening at an office within Krynkl and we are very pleased to have them on board. -This development is truly unique and will demonstrate how businesses can work together within a commercial property development and become a real community. It is a step in a new direction for Sheffield and Redbrik are leading the way for the property sector.
