Refresher Training for Naylor Industries Mental Health First Aiders

4th July 2023

Naylor is a fourth-generation family business with eight manufacturing sites across the UK, including three in the Barnsley area. The company manufactures clay and plastic pipes as well as concrete products and employs 400 people.

Earlier this year our ‘legacy’ Mental Health First Aiders recently completed a refresher training session to help support the wider Naylor Team.   During the training session topics included: bereavement, financial concerns, family/relationships and what extended support is available to colleagues.

The training was delivered at the Naylor head office in Wombwell by Bill Ford through The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families. For further details on the work that they undertake, please visit their website: www.lighthouseclub.org
