Reward your corporate team with a Team Day, whilst also changing the lives of young people

23rd November 2021

Endeavour is a charity that focuses on the personal development and education of young people who are struggling for one reason or another.

Running an alternative education centre on-site in Sheffield, Endeavour tailors education programs towards the needs of young peopleensuring future employability prospects through GCSEs and CV building, whilst also enriching their lives with vocational and outdoor activities.

Moving away from a one-size-fits-all approach, Endeavour hopes to change the lives of young people by investing in them as individuals first and foremost, teaching skills that often make a life-changing difference.

Endeavour also has an array of qualified instructors helping young people learn and achieve in a variety of teamwork and leadership skills, trust-building, and provide outdoor experiences which many young people have simply never experienced before. From abseiling and canoeing, to helping the local environment by litter-picking, and assisting the elderly in retirement homes, Endeavour is proud to have the opportunity to empower the lives of young people.

What Endeavour can offer

Endeavour firmly believes these experiences not only empower young people but enrich the lives of everyone. Endeavour is excited to announce bespoke ‘Team Day’ packages for your corporate team, allowing professional teams to get closer, have fun, and learn what we do whilst also directly contributing towards Endeavour's mission in helping young people.

After the disruptions caused by the pandemic, Endeavour firmly believes there is a real need to get outside and connect for the same reasons they conduct these activities for young people – it serves as a reminder of the importance of interpersonal skills necessary to drive greatness.

Endeavour offer four distinct types of Team Day packages, which can be adjusted depending on your team’s needs:

  1. Adventure Day - Explore the great outdoors with qualified instructors, completing several activities to challenge teamwork, leadership and communication skills with your team.
  2. Social Action Day - Explore the work that Endeavour does on-site, have an impact with Endeavour's facilities and environment, connect and support the local community interspersed with some fun team-building activities throughout the day.
  3. Multi-Challenge Day - Take on a series of mental and physical challenges to allow you and your team to look more deeply into how they operate. The multi-challenge day emphasises discussion, trust-building exercises, and endurance to compete and co-operate amongst team members!
  4. Cooking Challenge Day – Put your apron on and prepare for a cooking challenge in Endeavour's fully equipped teaching kitchen with your team on the exciting cooking challenge day! Two teams will compete to see who can create the most delicious food. And of course, look forward to tasting the delights of your efforts.

“Everyone on the team at Endeavour made our day out fantastic from start to finish, and really thought of everything, making it a truly memorable day!

  • They were friendly, open, fun, and experienced. They really took care of us all and I knew we were in great hands. Their motto is to ‘Empower young people’, and they certainly made me feel empowered.”
