RISE is back to help you recruit great graduates

6th September 2021

Sheffield City Region's free of charge business support scheme, RISE is back.

Are you considering recruiting a graduate into your business but not sure where to start? The RISE scheme may be able to help!

RISE works with growing small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) in the Sheffield City Region to provide unparalleled access to the best graduates and share all of the tools and know-how you need to become an independent, confident graduate employer. We support you step-by-step with a tailored support package to ensure the hire you make is the perfect match. The service is completely free to use, and businesses may be eligible to receive a one-off grant payment for their first hire.

To find out more please book an initial call with a member of the team here: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/RISE@gradconsult.co.uk/bookings/

Alternatively, if you prefer to have more information now you can find factsheets for each scheme attached, which detail the eligibility criteria, the full offer to you, information about grants and key dates. You can also read some great testimonials on our website: https://www.risescr.co.uk/

We are engaging with businesses from now until 13th October and encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible if you would like our help to secure talent for your business.

If you know anyone in your business network that would benefit from this support, please do feel free to share this note with them.

The RISE programme is delivered in partnership by Sheffield City Council, Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Sheffield, and is part-funded by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
