RISE is delighted to announce that the fourth cohort of the RISE business support initiative is now live!

During these uncertain times RISE recognise how important it is that small and medium sized businesses, who are wanting to grow their business and recruit talented graduates, receive high-quality, easy, and safe support.

They have decided to take a different approach for their fourth cohort. They had an outstanding response from graduates to their last recruitment campaign. This means that they have a large and high-quality pool of candidates who want to work for SMEs in the Sheffield City Region. Rather than adopting a slightly longer recruitment process they want to maximise this talent pool and match talented graduates with as many local SMEs as possible. This means that the ‘time to hire’ will be significantly shorter than in previous cohorts, allowing SME's to access the best graduate talent sooner. It’s a great time for SMEs to take advantage of this fantastic talent pool!

Please note that SME’s who have used the scheme previously (even if it was 3 times or more) can access the scheme again, providing they meet our eligibility criteria.

Please see the attached document to check if your business is eligible and for more information on how the RISE initiative works.

Or go to www.risescr.co.uk to read some great case studies from SME's that RISE has already helped.
