Yorkshire telecoms firm makes 'next generation' appointment of Rob Mennell as Chief Operations Officer

Rob Mennell has joined ITI Network Services as Chief Operations Officer in what the swiftly-expanding Sheffield firm says is a huge coup for its customers.

The telecommunications, network and electrical infrastructure specialist said the appointment will strengthen its delivery capabilities as it continues to win new contracts and fulfil exceptional levels of customer demand.
 
Rob joins from Openreach where as the lead on Superfast Broadband he was instrumental in the design and deployment of the Next Generation Access network that continues to grow rapidly to this day.
 
Over his 35 years at BT and Openreach Rob has worked across a range of roles and programmes, making him a leading expert in the telecommunications industry. He has worked with a multitude of global vendors and suppliers, managing brilliant teams across the UK and India and was ultimately responsible for over 20 million customers. He is renowned for his strategic thinking and intelligent approach to management in a friendly and approachable manner.
