SCR Future Leaders Programme - Breakfast Briefing

30th April 2018

Sheffield Hallam University (along with bid collaborators) are working to enable the development of a Sheffield City Region Future Leaders Programme.

In support of the Sheffield City Region (SCR) Inclusive Growth Strategy this project aims to address the specific challenges and barriers within SCR businesses and organisations in relation to short and medium term graduate retention. A deeper understanding of the problem will enable the co-creation of a distinct 'Future Leaders' programme that will support long-term leadership development, talent retention and business growth. We'd love you to be involved! Come along to this breakfast briefing to find out more about the project, how you can help shape it, and also how it could support your own talent retention and progression.
