SHEFFIELD AGENCY NAMED TOP YORKSHIRE PR FIRM IN PRESTIGIOUS INDUSTRY RANKINGS

Yorkshire-based communications agency Counter Context, along with dedicated PR brand Altitude, has been ranked seventh in the Prolific North Top 50 Agencies 2023.

The industry-leading benchmark ranking, delivered by media industry site Prolific North, recognises the phenomenal work of public relations practitioners and provides vital insight into the public relations industry in the north.

Based upon data provided by the agencies, alongside publicly available data at Companies House, it was revealed that Counter Context, along with its PR brand, Altitude, had strengthened its position in the list, climbing three places to seventh.

Counter Context is, according to Prolific North, one of the North’s Top 10 PR agencies as well as Yorkshire’s leading PR agency.

For more than 25 years Counter Context has delivered calm and considered communication solutions to help investors, developers, and government. It counts Peel Holdings, Bradford Council, Canal and River Trust, and Ørsted among its clients.

Last year, the company launched its dedicated non-sector specific PR brand, Altitude, which has a four-strong team. Clients include Henry Boot Construction, British Glass, Mattress Online, RNN Group, and Barnsley Museums, which combine to create the wider client list considered by Prolific North.

Together, Counter Context and Altitude work with an extensive range of influencers including journalists, politicians, policy makers and community representatives.
