Sheffield-based company - Digital Exchange Ltd Case Study

16th November 2016

From humble beginnings as a start-up regional telecoms provider, through to its present day operations as a leading player in South Yorkshire's, IT, Telecoms and Data cabling sector.

Sheffield-based company - Digital Exchange Ltd has recently invested in an expansion of its team and a large scale rejuvenation of its branding. To meet with the growing demand for its technical products and support and to maximise it exposure across the region. Celebrating 21 years of trading this year, DE as the new branding depicts, is looking to reach out to local companies wanting to future-proof their operations and digitalise their infrastructure. At the forefront of the change was the unveiling of a new website, which from its first day of conception was to effectively create an online viewing platform that was fresh and easy to navigate. Giving the user a clear and concise introduction into the range of products and professional services, DE had to offer. As a consultative business, what years of experience had taught DE was that the new website needed to be both waffle and jargon-free and without numerous pages of products, prices and tech spec. When a client requires pricing for a project, no matter how large or small that project is. It needs to be tailored to their actual requirements and not just off a generic price list. -We're excited by the way technology is changing and we intend to be at the forefront of this change, offering the very latest technology to companies across South Yorkshire, explained DE's Commercial Manager Paul Gardiner. -Too many local businesses are concerned about being left behind in a 'Digital Revolution', when really they should be embracing the 'Digital Evolution', such as Cloud and HostedVoice. Although we have seen steady growth across a number of our digital services recently. It is Virtualisation and the migration to Cloud that we see as key factors for our client's growth, whilst giving them a safe and interactive network to work from. -If the past 21 years are anything to go by in regards technical advances in IT and Telecoms, then I can't wait to see what the next 21 years are going to bring for both DE and our valued customers.
