Responding to the recent Spending Review, Tracy Viner, Executive Manager (Policy and Public Impact) at Sheffield Chamber of Commerce said:

"Considering the recent Spending Review through a local lens, it has highlighted that there are some positive opportunities for business, particularly around the defence, nuclear and housing supply chains. However, details are still outstanding and many of the SME organisations locally will be looking for local focus on the larger infrastructure projects, support for wider skills opportunities and proof that they will benefit from these announcements."
