Sheffield Print Expert Wins New Contract

A long-established family print company has won a transformational contract as it continues its expansion into the booming £117bn UK leisure industry.

Pinders, which has been based in Sheffield for 79 years, has been appointed to provide comprehensive signage and related services for SIV after winning a highly competitive tender. Formerly Sheffield International Venues, SIV is one of the largest sport, leisure and entertainment companies in the UK and serves more than four million visitors each year It operates prestigious venues including Sheffield City Hall, Sheffield Arena, the English Institute of Sport Sheffield, iceSheffield and Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield, The Spa at Scarborough and Whitby Pavilion. Pinders has continued its' expansion in large format print in recent years and will service all signage and related needs for SIV across its numerous conferencing, events and leisure venues. Managing director Pinders, David Whiteway, said: -This is an excellent contract win for Pinders. We already have a strong reputation for delivering outstanding signage and print solutions for professional sports clubs and venues and this new contract with SIV cements our growth in the sport and leisure sector. -SIV recognised our determination to go above and beyond for our clients and were impressed by our track record.
