Sheffield-tech firm sees rapid growth in revenue, staff and customers

TribePad, the specialist recruitment software consultancy, have had a hugely successful 2017, winning new contracts with companies including Warner Bros.

, ASDA, Ford and the Church of England. These new contracts mean they are on track to grow annual revenues by 29%. The Sheffield-based company is the choice of many leading organisations for recruitment software including the BBC, Tesco, Serco and KFC. The award-winning recruitment platform founded in 2008 by Dean Sadler, is used globally by HR and recruitment leaders, processing more than nine million applications across 120 countries last year. TribePad promises to make recruitment more efficient and less administrative, reducing the time taken to hire candidates via a sophisticated, yet intuitive platform. In this last week, the team of 28, have been certified with the 'Made in Sheffield' mark, a recognised brand worldwide, synonymous with quality engineering going back centuries. TribePad was awarded the accreditation in recognition of its innovative recruitment software which is 100% produced in Sheffield. The team will battle it out against other regional winners in the national finals in November. As the company continues to grow so does its team. In the last few months, TribePad have hired three new members of staff in service delivery and a new Commercial Director.
