Sheffield training provider expands across city

A successful work-based training provider is expanding across Sheffield.

SIV Training, which runs a range of courses for organisations and individuals, has launched at six new city centre venues. Previously based at a centre in Norton, it now operates at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, the English Institute of Sport - Sheffield, iceSheffield, Hillsborough Leisure Centre, Concord Sports Centre and Springs Leisure Centre. Courses include First Aid, Fire Safety Warden, Stress Awareness, Health and Safety in the Workplace, Risk Assessment and Customer Service. SIV Training, part of the Sheffield City Trust charity group, was named as a finalist at the St John Ambulance Everyday Hero Awards after being recognised for its training provision.
